Orders will be ready for collection within an hour of ordering, providing that the item is in stock.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY | £5.00
Orders will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days providing that the item is in stock. Parcels will be delivered by a selected courier and will require a signature on arrival. Tracking information will be sent with your confirmation of order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | £15.00
Orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days, providing that the item is in stock. Parcels will be delivered by a selected courier and will require a signature on arrival. Tracking information will be sent with your confirmation of order.

If ordered before 1pm, Next Day Delivery is available - please call 0151 625 0099 for price and to book.
SALES TAX AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check with your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a specific enquiry about an Out of Stock item and we will advise if and when we are likely to receive the item back in stock.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with your order but in the event that you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the order is returned to us within 14 days of dispatch.
Please email us at email@example.com to confirm the item(s) you are returning within 5 days of delivery.
Item(s) must be in new and unworn condition with all packaging and tags still attached. We cannot accept any used or worn items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
Items may be exchanged for a different size or item, depending on stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange requirements and then follow the returns policy above - please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
When we have received the original item in good order, we will send out the replacement garment.

Computer monitors vary, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
